Demo request privacy notice
This notice covers personal information provided using the public PVRS Request a Demo form, not personal data processed inside the authenticated PVRS platform.
Information collected
We ask for your name, work email address, company or organisation and professional role. A telephone number and message are optional. We record the time of the request and your consent to being contacted.
How the information is used
The information is used to respond to your enquiry, organise a demonstration and track the status of that enquiry. Please do not include property client information or other sensitive personal details in the message.
Services involved
Cloudflare provides website hosting, bot protection and D1 storage. If configured, Resend delivers email notifications to the PVRS team.
Retention and rights
Enquiries should be reviewed and deleted when no longer required. You may request information about your enquiry, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law.
